The park aims to reflect the theatrical soul of “alla Scala” unveiling the backstage activities and the articulate infrastructures of support. The stage, the audience and the stenographies are only the emerged part of a much more complex creative and logistic process. Just as the Laboratories will reveal the theatrical activity of rehearsals or preparation, the landscape project aims to showcase everything that is hidden from the public eye. The frenetic activity of loading and unloading, past scenographies, stages for small events inside the Crystal Palace, and other floating artifacts in the Water Square, are some of the elements that will compose a landscape to be discovered, an accessible and interactive backstage to experience the world behind the curtain.
